Before you start

The team leader fills in this form once, for the whole team of up to 4 students. It has 7 short steps, and you can go back to any step before submitting.

Have these ready

  • Your team ID, as given by the faculty, and the team's major (CMP or CCEC).
  • For every member: full name, university student ID, email and cumulative GPA.
  • The team leader's phone or WhatsApp number.
  • Up to three ideas, in order of preference. Not sure yet? Browse the ideas or use Find your match (opens in a new tab).
  • One .zip file with every member's CV (PDF or Word), at most 25 MB.

Good to know

  • To change something later, submit the form again with the same team ID and the same team leader email: the new registration replaces the old one.
  • In the last step you confirm the information and agree, for your team, to the Terms and Conditions (opens in a new tab).
  • Questions: [email protected].

Choose the ideas your team wants to work on

Up to three, in order of preference: your 1st choice is the one you want most. Browse the ideas (opens in a new tab).

A few lines on why your team wants them and what you already know. It helps when several teams choose the same idea.

CVs

Each CV as a PDF or Word document, all in one .zip file of at most 25 MB. It is saved under your team ID (for example CMP-12.zip), whatever the file is called. When updating a registration, leave this empty to keep the CVs sent before.
